Im pretty sure you've heard about this story by now. Richard Heene and his wife Mayumi claimed their son Falcon, was flying in the air in a ballon created by Richard. All the major news stations covered the incident as the whole nation watched. Well now, the Larrimer County Sherrif's Dept. has presented a case to the D.A. in hopes to prosecute Richard, saying it was all a hoax. Mmm, check out the video above. It says it all! UDATE: According to TMZ.com, Larrimer County Sherrif Jim Alderen, is planning to recommend the following charges be brought against the Heene family: Conspiracy, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, making a false report to authorities and attempting to influence a public servant. DAAANG! I bet next time he'll think twice before he try to get over!
