John Allen Muhammad, the sniper that killed 10 people in the Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia areas, along with his accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo, back in 2002, is scheduled for the death penalty by lethal injection next month. Muhammed had the choice to choose between lethal injection or electrocution and choose neither. So by default, he gets the poison. Im not for or against the death penalty, but he deserves what he gets. Hell, give him both! Malvo is currently serving life in prison. THEYBF.com was the first to catch pics of Shyne being released from prison and being sent on his way back to Belize. His father is Dean Barrow, the Prime Minister of Belize. It is said that he is looking forward to seeing Shyne despite having an estranged relationship. Word is Shyne is not thrilled about the move at all. He fought real hard to stay in the states. (AP) The lawyer for Richard Heene has filed a claim against Larrimer County Sherrif Jim Alderen, stating he violated privacy laws by disclosing info about child welfare workers being involved in the case. Alderen denies any wrong doing and prosecuters are still reviewing the charges brought against Heene. In the meantime, the Boulder County D.A.'s office is investigating the claims against Alderen. President Obama is preparing to sign a Hate Crimes Bill this afternoon.(Wednesday, October 28, 2009) The signing of this provision comes eleven years after Matthew Shepard, a twenty one year old gay college student was brutally killed. According to ABCNEWS.com, some of Matthew's family will be in attendance and a reception will follow the occasion. Now, there's something else that comes along with this provision. $130 billion worth of something else. That's the spending budget for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
