(AP) The lawyer for Richard Heene has filed a claim against Larrimer County Sherrif Jim Alderen, stating he violated privacy laws by disclosing info about child welfare workers being involved in the case. Alderen denies any wrong doing and prosecuters are still reviewing the charges brought against Heene. In the meantime, the Boulder County D.A.'s office is investigating the claims against Alderen.
