The parents of the 8 year old girl who was gang- raped last summer by four boys not older than 14, have been charged with several counts of child abuse. Her father, 59 and her mother, 47, whose names have been withheld in order to protect the identity of the little girl, are from the West African Nation. Police say the parents blamed their daughter for her rape and believed she brought shame to their family. Police also say the couple abused the child with wires, sticks and their fists. T he little girl is currently in state custody. Monsters is what they are. How can you blame a child, especially YOUR child for being raped?!.... and abusing them for it....they deserve the maximum punishment allowed for their crimes.
