SCHWARZENEGGER OWES IRS

On May 11, 2009, the IRS filed a lien against California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for $79,064. According to the IRS, a federal tax lien would be attached to all of Schwarzenegger's properties. TMZ.com reported earlier this morning the lien shows Schwarzenegger owes $39,047.20 from 2004 and $40,016.80 from 2005. The Govenor's spokesman Aaron McLear, says Schwarzenegger has paid his taxes "in full and on time". The document obtained from the county's recorder's office, is reported to show the debt may be for failure to report certain business transactions. McLear says they are contacting the IRS to clear up the discrepancy, if any. The Gov.'s playing funny money games, huh?
