RAPE VICTIM'S FRIEND SOUNDS OFF

Kami Baker alongside her sister Barbie, described to school officials how her highschool is lacking proper security and how her and her friends feel unsafe. This comes after her 15 year old friend was gang raped outside of her school while the HomeComing Dance commenced. The girl was raped by 10 people for at least 2 1/2 hours. After being found under a bench, the girl was airlifted to a hospital where she was in critical condition but as of Tuesday, she is reported to be in stable condition. Police say their looking to arrest 20 people in the case and have arrested 19 year old Manuel Ortega. He is charged with rape, kidnapping and robbery. A 15 year old boy has also been arrested and he faces 1 count of felony sexual assault. These animals need to be locked UNDA the jail and school officials need to be held accountable.
