The stars were out and some were shining brighter than others! (literally) Mya hit up the U.S. Weekly Who's Hot in Hollywood party dressed in a very cute outfit. The shiny silver top gives her just enough sparkle and her shoes are DA BIZNESS!! On the flip side, Toni Braxton attended the 7th annual Bag Lady Luncheon....and I must say I am not at all impressed with THAT bag or Ms.Braxton's choice of dress.
