Tiger Woods is still refusing to meet with authorities regarding his accident that took place early Friday morning. Authorities have attempted several times to speak with Tiger, but he refuses each time. A meeting was scheduled today between the Highway Patrol and Tiger for 3:00p.m. but Tiger's lawyer cancelled around 2:00p.m. today with no explanation. Some speculate that Tiger is avoiding authorities until the scars, supposedly from his wife and not the accident, heal, since his wife could face domestic abuse charges. Scientists are conducting their research on a new breed of "lab rats"- naked mole rats are the new phenomenon. They come from East Africa and are very resillient animals, physically. Naked mole rats are totally immune to cancer and scientists believe this may be attributed to a gene, p16, which prevents cells from growing together in crowded clusters. Naked mole rats also seem to be resistent to pain, too. When acid was dropped on the hairless, pink skin of a naked mole rat, it showed no reaction to the pain at all. Naked mole rats are small, skinless, blind, buck-toothed creatures who are not very pleasant to look at, but they provide scientists with a much better canvas to research human medical issues. Thomas Park , a biological science professor at the University of Illionois at Chicago, and his colleague, John Larson, will release a report in next month's Science Journal NeuroReport on how naked mole rats can survive over a half an hour without oxygen and not suffer brain damage. This is especially important as it could lead to a breakthrough in studying and understanding strokes in humans. Hopefully cures for all these diseases are not too far in the future. On May 11, 2009, the IRS filed a lien against California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger for $79,064. According to the IRS, a federal tax lien would be attached to all of Schwarzenegger's properties. TMZ.com reported earlier this morning the lien shows Schwarzenegger owes $39,047.20 from 2004 and $40,016.80 from 2005. The Govenor's spokesman Aaron McLear, says Schwarzenegger has paid his taxes "in full and on time". The document obtained from the county's recorder's office, is reported to show the debt may be for failure to report certain business transactions. McLear says they are contacting the IRS to clear up the discrepancy, if any. The Gov.'s playing funny money games, huh? TMZ.com is reporting that Tiger Woods' facial injuries were not caused by the accident but by his wife, Elin Nordegren, according to a conversation Tiger held after the incident with a "non law enforcement" person. The Highway Patrol has yet to interview Tiger so there is no offical report as of now. But, one of TMZ.com's sources stated Tiger is saying his wife confronted him about rumors of him cheating. The argument became heated and Elin scratched Tiger in the face. He then tried to leave in his SUV, and his wife followed with a golf club and hit his vehicle several times as he drove down the driveway. Tiger became distracted and thought the car was stopped when he checked to see what happened and that's when he hit the fire hydrant and the tree. The source also stated that Tiger says he's been taking perscription medication for pain for an injury and that could be why he was in and out of consciousness at the scene. WTF is up with all these CHEATERS? I won't jump to conclusions yet......I'll wait for the offical story!

Helen Hodge, 34, is accused of ripping off her 49 year old boyfriend Billy Duncan's testicles....WITH HER BARE HANDS!!! According to an insider, the incident happened at Billy's Dundee flat in the city. Apparently, Duncan had been out celebrating his side's Challenge Cup final win. When he returned home, Helen began accusing him of being with other women. Duncan was obviously drunk and just wanted to go to sleep but Helen persisted and began to hit Duncan. He pushed her away and that's when Helen grabbed his testicles and pulled as hard as she could. When Dunacn freed himself, he threw her out of the flat and that's when he noticed he was bleeding heavily. Duncan panicked, and called his younger brother Darren for help. Upon arriving, Darren called the police and the ambulance immediately. Doctors were able to reattach Duncan's private parts and he does not want to press any charges against Helen because they have a 3 year old son together. Helen denied the accusations and when questioned about the incident Helen stated Duncan has accused her of doing things to him in the past but he has never been able to prove any of it. Helen admitted there was pushing and shoving but said she had nothing to do with Duncan's testicles being ripped off. She said he probably did it himself or the woman he was with did. LMAO!!! Is she serious?! IDK if he was cheating or not but I'll bet you one thing he'll definetly think twice from now on!!

Tiger Woods is reported to be in serious condition after being in a car crash where he ran into a fire hydrant and a tree as he was leaving out of his driveway early Friday morning. UPDATE:It's being reported that the accident occured around 2:25a.m. as Tiger was backing out of his driveway. His wife heard the incident and ran outside where she used a golf club to break the back window to free Tiger from the car. According to Windermere Police Chief Daniel Saylor, Tiger had cuts on his lips, blood in his mouth and was lying in the street slipping in and out of consciousness when authorities arrived on the scene. Tiger's condition was reported earlier as "serious" but all patients that are transported to the hospital are classified as such according to FHP Spokesman Jorge Delahoz. Tiger was treated and released and is at home with his wife. Authorities are still investigating the incident with alcohol being ruled out. Tiger Woods is the number 1 golfer and his popularity can easily influence ratings for any tournament he is associated with. Tiger's net worth is estimated at $600 million. Tiger is 33. IDK.....something sounds funny about this accident. I smell a rat.
Shaquille O'Neal was touched when he heard about the story of little 5 year old Shaniya Davis, who was sold into prostitution by her mother and murdered. O'Neal contacted the family and offered to pay for Shaniya's funeral exspenses. It is reported that more than 2,000 people attended Shaniya's funeral. My prayers go out to her family and friends and kudos to Shaq for being a good guy.

Michael Jackson's glove has sold for more than $300,000. Actually $420,000 with buyers' premium. Michael wore the glove back in 1983 in his first performance where he introduced the moonwalk. Wow, I think I can remember watching that with my mother. Anyway, the glove was sold to a man from Hong Kong. I guess if you think about it, that's a pretty good investment. He can easily get his money back and then some if he decides to sell it.

The parents of the 8 year old girl who was gang- raped last summer by four boys not older than 14, have been charged with several counts of child abuse. Her father, 59 and her mother, 47, whose names have been withheld in order to protect the identity of the little girl, are from the West African Nation. Police say the parents blamed their daughter for her rape and believed she brought shame to their family. Police also say the couple abused the child with wires, sticks and their fists. T he little girl is currently in state custody. Monsters is what they are. How can you blame a child, especially YOUR child for being raped?!.... and abusing them for it....they deserve the maximum punishment allowed for their crimes. Ex- NBA baller Jayson Williams accepted a plea deal of aggravated assault ending his re-trial and he now faces 3 years in prison and the minimum he could get is 18 months. Williams was tried back in April 2002, when his driver Costas "Gus" Christofi, 55, was shot when Williams played with a shotgun while giving a tour at his New Jersey home. Williams was aquitted of the more serious charges but the jury came back deadlocked on the charge of manslaughter. A Hunterdon County appeals court ruled in April of 2006, that Williams could be retried on a wreckless manslaughter charge. If only he could turn back the hands of time. Somebody got pissed off and threw molotov coktails at the office of T.I.'s label Grand Hustle. According to Jason Geter, T.I.'s long time friend and business partner, someone tossed "a 40 ounce bottle" through the window of Grand Hustle. But don't worry because J.Geter says he has a pretty good idea of who did it. "A kid came over there a couple days ago that acted kind of crazy", Geter says. The kid was looking for some promotion for a party he was throwing and became irate when he wasn't obliged. In the end, Geter says he's not worried at all and will continue business as usual. U.S. District Judge Stanwood R. Duval, has ruled that the Hurricane Katrina disaster was not just an act of nature but negligence on the part of the U.S. Corps of Engineers as well. According to the judge, they failed to take proper measures in securing the Mississippi River Outlet also known as MRGO. Judge Duval stated the U.S. Army Corps Engineers had over 40 years to make necessary repairs to the levee and they were fully aware of the threat flooding would cause to St. Bernard Parrish and the Lower 9th Ward neighborhoods. $719,000 was awarded to a small group of flood victims who filed claims back in 2006. The ruling could potentially open the door for more flood victims to sue the government. But even still, the appeals process could take several years prolonging their payments. Unfortuneately, the decision does not apply to residents of New Orleans' East. In all, this is the first step in acknowledging that Katrina was a government fumble that could have been avoided. OH MY GOODNESS!!! This story is sooo disturbing to me. Jamar Pinkney, Sr. is charged with Capitol Murder for killing his 15 year old son for molesting his 3 year old half sister. Reportedly, Jamar Pinkney , Jr. went to his mother and confessed that he had been molesting his 3 year old sister. (from his father with another woman) She then called his father Jamar Sr and he rushed home. According to Jamar Jr.'s aunt, Yolanda Cherry, Jamar Sr. began beating Jamar Jr. in the head severely and when she tried to intervene he pulled out a gun. She then fled the home to get police and heard a gunshot go off. Jamar Sr. took his son in the field behind their Detroit home and shot him. He plead not guilty in court today. It's my guess he's probably going to plea temporary insanity and it may be true. But be that as it may, murder is not a way to solve problems, especially within a family. The boy should have been turned into authorities and dealt with the proper way. He obviously was feeling remorse for his actions which made him confess. A.J. Jewell's death has been officially ruled a homicide after autoposy results were released. The cause of death was complications from sickle cell that occured while A.J. was fighting Frederick Richardson last month outside of an Atlanta strip club. Evan Chandler, the father of the boy that accused Michael Jackson of molesting him back in 1994, has commited suicide. He was found in his New Jersey apartment with a single self- inflicted wound to the head with the gun still in his hand. Chandler was the driving force behind his then 13 year old son Jordan Chandlers' accusations against Michael Jackson. Before the case could go to trial, they settled for $22 million. Jordan, who is now 29, has been bound by a nondisclosure agreement to never speak about the case since they settled. Police say perscription drugs were found in Evan Chandler's home suggesting he was suffering from a serious illness, but they have yet to announce what it is. Chandler was 65. So apparently, Sgt. Kimberly Munley was not the one who fired the shots that took down the Fort Hood gunman, Nidal Malik Hasan. Her partner, Sgt. Mark Todd, according to eyewitness accounts, was actually the one who led to the ending of the massacre. Reportedly, both Munley and Todd entered Fort Hood at the same time going separate ways. Sgt. Munley was hit when the gunman noticed her rounding a corner of the processing center, while Sgt. Todd approached from the other side and shot the gunman. Something in the milk ain't clean...New York police served warrants Tuesday Nov. 17 obtained for some offices of The New York Daily News, The New York Post, The New York Times and El Diario newspapers. Everyone is being pretty tight- lipped so far about the investigation including spokespeople for the respective companies. Police are saying the investigation is strictly focused on "business activity" and has nothing to do with publications. Mmmm, could it be money laundering, embezzlement, fraud or whatever other illegal practices some companies become accustomed to using. Just a thought, could be something totally different. In cased you missed it, Chris Brown sat down with Rocsi from 106 and Park along with the fans last Thursday. I don't think I still really feel any sincerity from Chris, and Rocsi definetly cranked out some straight-to-the-point questions. Maybe Chris is sorry for what he did or maybe this is all just a ploy to save face after Rhianna's Diane Sawyer interview. Who knows? All I hope is that maybe someone going throught the same situation will be helped by listening to both Rhianna and Chris.

Richard Heene plead guilty last Friday to a felony charge of attempting to influence a public servant. His wife Mayumi Heene is also being charged with one count of misdemeanor false reporting to authorities. Heene was released on a $5000 personal recognizance bond last Thursday after turning himself in. The charges for Heene carry 2 to 6 years in prison with a fine ranging from $2000 to $500,000. His wife Mayumi's charges carry a penalty of 6 months in jail and a fine ranging from $50 to $750. According to a statement released by Heene's lawyers, the pair has struck a deal with the prosecuters. For Heene, probation with the possibility of 90 days in jail, and for his wife, probation with the possibility of 60 days in jail. Prior to the deal, Mayumi was facing a very serious problem. The threat of being deported because she is a citizen of Japan and any felony conviction or certain types of misdemeanor charges can result in a person being deported. Thank goodness they reached a plea deal. Maybe they do deserve to be reprimanded for the hoax but taking the mother away from her family is a bit extreme. IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS.
